Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer, smartphone, or other device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, to provide a better browsing experience, and to supply information to the owners of the site. Cookies allow websites to recognize your device and remember information about your visit, such as your preferred language and other settings.

Cookies can be "first-party" cookies (set by the website you are visiting) or "third-party" cookies (set by a domain other than the one you are visiting). They can also be "session" cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or "persistent" cookies, which remain on your device for a set period of time or until you manually delete them.

This Cookie Policy explains how Kornex Technologies LLP ("KornexAI," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit our website and use our Services. This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

We categorize the cookies we use into four main groups based on their purpose: Essential, Functional, Analytics, and Marketing. Each category serves a different role in your experience on our platform, and you can manage your preferences for non-essential cookies as described in Section 6 of this policy.

Essential cookies are strictly necessary for the operation of our Services. They enable core functionality such as page navigation, secure area access, and session management. These cookies cannot be disabled, as the Services cannot function properly without them.

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website by collecting information about pages visited, time spent, and navigation patterns. Marketing cookies are used to track visitors across websites to display relevant advertisements and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

Essential cookies are required for the basic functionality of our Services. They enable you to navigate the site, use secure areas, and access features such as your account dashboard and AI chat interface. Without these cookies, the Services cannot operate as intended.

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website and Services. They collect information about which pages are visited most frequently, how long users spend on each page, what navigation paths are most common, and where users may encounter errors or difficulties. This data is aggregated and anonymized, meaning it cannot be used to identify individual users.

We use Google Analytics to collect and analyze website usage data. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information about how visitors use our site. This information is compiled into aggregated reports that help us improve our website structure, content, and user experience. The information generated by Google Analytics is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

We may also use first-party analytics tools to track platform-specific metrics, such as AI model performance, feature adoption rates, and response quality scores. These analytics help us continuously improve our AI models and provide better results for all users. All analytics data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policyand applicable data protection laws.

Marketing cookies are used to track visitors across different websites and online platforms. These cookies enable advertising networks to display advertisements that are relevant to your interests based on your browsing behavior. They also help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and understand how users arrive at our website.

We work with selected advertising partners who may set cookies on your device when you visit our website. These third-party cookies allow our partners to recognize your device across different websites and show you targeted advertisements. Our advertising partners include Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other technology and advertising companies.

Marketing cookies are not essential for the operation of our Services and are only activated with your explicit consent. You can opt out of marketing cookies at any time by adjusting your cookie preferences as described in Section 6, or by using the opt-out mechanisms provided by individual advertising networks.

You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies. You can manage your cookie preferences in several ways. When you first visit our website, a cookie consent banner will appear at the bottom of the page, allowing you to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or manage your preferences individually. Your choice will be saved and respected on subsequent visits.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most web browsers allow you to view, manage, and delete cookies. Please note that if you disable cookies in your browser, some features of our Services may not function properly. The steps to manage cookies vary by browser, but you can typically find these settings in the browser's privacy or security preferences.

For more granular control, you can opt out of cookies used by specific services: visit tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout to opt out of Google Analytics, or visit optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org to opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies.

In addition to our own cookies, we may use cookies set by third-party services that appear on our pages. These third-party cookies are governed by the respective privacy policies of those third parties, and we do not have control over their use. We only work with reputable third-party services that have appropriate data protection measures in place.

Third-party cookies we may use include those from payment processors (such as Stripe) to facilitate secure transactions, from analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) to help us understand website usage, and from advertising networks (such as Google Ads and Meta) to deliver relevant advertisements. Each of these third parties has their own cookie and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

We regularly review the third-party services we work with to ensure they maintain high standards of data protection and user privacy. If we become aware that a third-party service is not complying with applicable data protection requirements, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing the service from our platform.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, changes in technology, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide you with additional notice such as displaying a new cookie consent banner.

We encourage you to periodically review this Cookie Policy to stay informed about our use of cookies and related technologies. Your continued use of our Services after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you have questions about any changes, please contact us using the information provided in Section 9.

If you have any questions about our use of cookies or this Cookie Policy, please contact us. We are happy to provide additional information about the specific cookies we use and help you manage your preferences.

For information about how we collect and protect your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy. For the terms governing your use of our Services, please review our Terms & Conditions.
